- Shipments will be accepted beginning September 29, 2008 and ending October 6, 2008. Packages received after then will require special notice so that we know to look for them. We strongly suggest companies get shipments to us as quickly as possible.

- Engineers’ Council will arrange for both UPS and FedEx representatives to accept packages at the end of the career fair. If you wish to ship with other carriers you must make your own arrangements. Forms for return shipping may be filled out and printed ahead of time. Forms will also be provided the day of the career fair; however, we strongly suggest making arrangements prior to the day of the fair.
On the Day Of
- I need an electrical outlet for my display—will this be available?
- If you requested electricity at the time of registration, there will be an outlet at your booth. However, we recommend that you bring your own extension cords/power strip.
- What should representatives plan on doing for lunch?
- Your registration fee includes lunch and beverages for a maximum of 4 representatives. A refreshment cart will circulate throughout the day as well. Please indicate in your registration how many representatives will be attending.
- Where can representatives park?
- On the day of Expo, please follow the directions on the map to the Southeast corner of the French Field House. There you can unload and we will give you your parking pass(es), good for any "C" spot you find. "A", "B" and "R" spots are off-limits. Since there are usually over 200 companies, we suggest that representatives carpool or taxi to the venue (we provide passes, but we can't necessarily help you find a spot). Taxi companies in the Columbus area include Shamrock Taxi (614-784-8888), Yellow Cab Co (614-444-4444) and Busy Bee Car Service (614-337-9335). For companies that are driving, we suggest arriving as early as possible—commuter students will fill the lots around the French Field House very quickly.

- The French Field House is located at 460 Woody Hayes Drive Columbus, OH 43210. Do not ship supplies or displays to that location. See shipping instructions.
- What are the hours of the Engineering Expo?
